The check in desk was so wonderful they gave me an upgrade on our room and it was outstanding. The only thing I missed was a coffee pot in the room so I just bought one.

Bed was very uncomfortable

Great place to stay at Vegas. Clean room. Excellent service from staff. Would choose my stay here again.

Atmosphere is very impressive, great location!

Hotel seemed understaffed. There was a large event during our stay and only 2 working the registration desk. We had a complex reservation so the kiosk wasn't an option. While in the casino we rarely saw any servers offering drinks. Some stalls in the food court either ran out of food or open/closed at random hours. It's frustrating to call the front desk for service and not be able to reach a person. Guests don't want to punch through a series of recorded messages when they need help. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. We had to go down to the front desk and wait around to find someone to report it. Please staff your properties to meet guest needs, not simply to be cost efficient. You'll retain more guests if we feel there are real people providing services.
