"The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. "

"The property is very quaint with comfortable accommodations and country decor. Some of the common spaces are a bit dark, such as the breakfast area. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked like a nice variety for continental breakfast. They also had popcorn one afternoon and a variety of board games in the lobby. The pool was small but clean. All around, it was a nice stay."
