"Hotel reopened two days prior to our stay. Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom with free standing soaking tub. The view of the Hudson River from our balcony was spectacular. Wish we had a clearer night to see sunset over the Hudson. "Unique place to stay. We had the smallest room I think I’ve ever stayed in with one chair and a window air conditioner. But it’s old so it is what it is. Loved the tavern in the evening. Friendly kind staff throughout ! Convenient location to everything! Breakfast was served down the block which wasn’t convenient and it was just ok. Don’t think I’ll stay here again but I’m glad I had the experience."
