"Room was clean but the exhaust fan that must be turned on with the bathroom light was extremely loud and annoying. Staff was awesome and although I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it appeared to be well maintained."

"Great location to walk around downtown Fredericksburg or to the Pacific War Museum. Nice outdoor seating if you are a smoker or like to get a bit of fresh air. Breakfast is minimal (oatmeal, pastries). We struggled with the humidity and the request to keep the AC at 70 or above. Covered parking right next to each unit. Very affordable."

"The hotel is very well maintained, the breakfast generous. Rooms are spacious. If you want to have a view ask for the double queen, in which case you’ll get lovely view of the pool, green belt and Barrons Creek. A bargain for the very high quality. Easy walk to Main Street and Nimitz museum. Hotels.com bookings are charged $10 for internet, so plan on using your phone as hotspot (plenty of bars). Note to management: A little less bleach or an extra rinse on the sheets wouldn’t hurt."

"We stayed here Couple of nights while we toured Fredrericksburg Texas. Nice place to stay. Room was nice and clean staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to main Street where the Nimitz Museum and most of the restaurants and other attractions. We'll stay here again."
