"I could hear very loudly, the next good neighbor turning on the bathtub faucet early in the am! It sounded like ours was being turned on but much louder! The floor was still wet from being washed(that’s good), but it was still gritty. The top of the refrigerator was dirty after being pulled out to check it. TV guide wasn’t available. "Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"
