"Yes, diffently a place i will return to on my next overnight stay in Cleveland. Staff was AWESOME, very polite and helpful with questions and directions. I mean everybody, from the valet people, housekeeping to registration. Absolutely no issues. Thanks job well done."

"It is right in the middle of downtown where we did walk around in adventure nice having breakfast and dinner and drink drinks overall a great experience"

"The bed was clean but underneath the bed was filthy. The hot tub was not as clean as it should have been. No desk or table in the room to sit at no chairs no couch. No where to sit except the bed. There was supposed to be an indoor pool get there and there is a sign that says no pool. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."
