The rooms were great, other than the plumbing across all our parties room was really bad (4 rooms)! Any time we used the tub, it would back up the sink and the room smelt of sulfur. The casino in several spots also smelt like sewage.
The food across all restaurants in the casino was AMAZING!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.
