Cozy Comfy Condo #252, 2 Bdrm., Incredible View, a Fisherman's Paradise

A walk through of this prime 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd and 3rd story level condo with a queen sleeper sofa discloses a large bedroom with a king size bed on the right when you walk in the front door. A stairwell on the left side of the front door leads to the 3rd story Master bedroom with a King Size bed and an immaculate view across a 4-window wall and a large Master bathroom with an oversize garden tub w/sunroof to the right side of the stairs. This is a great tub for a warm soothing bubble bath. A few steps into the condo on the right side past the bedroom is the bathroom with a large oval shaped jacuzzi tub and shower. Continuing down the hallway is the fully equipped granite counter top kitchen w/gas stove and stainless appliances on the right just past the bathroom. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living room/dining room area which opens up just past the kitchen bar. The living/dining area unveils a wall-to- wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe waters. The living/dining room exhibits a little bit of Texas history on the wall for those of you that have never been to this great and beautiful state. Whether it is business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston/Conroe/Willis, Texas area.

Amazing view

The condo was just as it was described. Very clean, comfortable beds with amazing view of the lake . Super quite neighborhood. Check in was super easy, the host's were very responsive definitely will be back

Perfect girls weekend spot

We loved the condo for a girls weekend trip. Everything was clearly labeled and stocked. The porch was amazing to drink coffee and enjoy the lake. Beds were comfortable. Owners were kind and caring as they messaged us to let us know we were under a severe weather alert. They also immediately responded when I had an issue with the door lock (user error…lol) Would highly recommend!

Beautiful view Comfortable Stay

The owners have thought of everything you need for a wonderful getaway. It was close to what we needed but remote and quiet too. We enjoyed watching the boats a seadoos. The price was reasonable. The upstairs bed was our favorite. There isn't a door upstairs to separate the noise and privacy but it wasn't an issue for just the two of us

I love the organization of this place! It’s nice knowing what switches go to what, what kitchen supplies we had available, and where everything went. This is awesome when you have kids helping with dishes. The guys enjoyed fishing off the balcony!!! Great pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Golf and football

I needed a place to stay for a couple of days, with my wife, son and his fiance. The place was perfect for us, with 2 nice-sized bedrooms. We fished right off the balcony, and were located conveniently for a Friday round of golf, and s quick trip to College Station to see my AppState Mountaineers beat the Aggies! Great weekend, highly recommend

Wonderful and Relaxing

Our vacation was wonderful because it was very relaxing and the condo was amazing. We were able to fish off the balcony. The owners went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed plus more. It was very clean and has plenty of room. When you have a question the owners are right on top of it with a quick response answering your question. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We will be back next year.

A dream spot for a getaway.

They thought of everything. We wish we would have stayed longer. The space was perfect for 2 or a whole family. Very clean and nicely decorated. We kinda forgot to fish we had so much fun. We have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect. If there was a negative review, we couldn't watch the Astros. They don't have the Astros channel on their cable. This is our second time to visit and plan on making it a yearly trip.

WOW!!! What a great condo. Smooth check-in, not one issue. Beautiful view of water and quiet location. You can fish off of the back balcony if that's your thing, many did. We rented a boat and the darn rental company was right next door!!! Convenient. Very nice touches throughout the condo. We have stayed in many condos from Florida to Port A, Galveston etc. and this was by far the best value/ accommodations we have seen. The beds were super comfortable and to be honest.... we can't wait to return. Thank you for offering such a fab place!!! :) Tami & Suzie

Very nice condo that provided everything that we needed. Everything was clearly labeled so it was easy to find something and know where to put it back. We found the condo following the directions but, as our arrival was at night, it would have been even easier if the buildings were labeled on the outside as opposed to just on the door. It was very nice that bug spray was at the front and back door because we found it very helpful. We would spray the Raid before walking in the door to avoid letting the gathered bugs come in with us. Beds were very comfortable and having the roll away twin bed was great. The safety features provided for children were also great and we definitely used them. When we ran into an issue the owners worked very quickly to make sure that it was resolved.

Perfect property for a family getaway!!

My and my three daughters (16, 20 & 28) stayed at this property for the first half of our springbreak. We wanted to have a fun girls trip with relaxation and a little adventure. We were looking for something clean, off the grid, but still easily accessible to things if we needed it, and this condo did not disappoint! The condo was spotless, the beds were comfy, the owners had everything so perfectly organized for our convenience. We have stayed at other properties, but this one was our favorite! We were surprised to be greeted with complimentary yummy wine and my favorite coffee. We were even provided with fresh bait and all the equipment necessary to fish on the patio which was amazing! There was a kitchen full of beautiful appliances, pots, pans, a tea pot, blender, and everything you would need to prepare your own meals. We were very impressed and happy as we love to cook! We were provided with enough towels and toiletries without having to go to the convenience store, although we were prepared. The guestbook had every and anything a family could need or want to do. There were plenty of games and the televisions were nice with plenty of entertainment options, cable, and wifi. Me and my girls didn't want to leave the condo, even with all of the great outdoor activities that were near. The only tiny problem we faced was having enough hot water to enjoy the garden tub and jacuzzi tub. Again, this condo surpassed all of our expectations, but the best thing about the experience was the kindness and sincerity of the owners. One of my daughters had a bit of a health crisis prior to our departure which got us off to a late start, and the owners were so very understanding and compassionate. If you email or message them, they respond very quickly and thoroughly every time. We can't wait to visit the condo all summer! So whether you're looking for a relaxing girls trip, a family fishing trip, whether you have a family full of adventurers who want to jet ski, boat, and swim, or if you just want to get away this condo is perfect. The owners will make you feel like VIPs and the beautiful views and fresh air will make you feel like a million bucks.

Perfect! Beautiful and relaxing! The condo was a great get away for our family to gather and celebrate my sister's 80th birthday! Everyone was mesmerized by the beauty and comfort inside and out. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises across the balcony, sunsets behind us and relaxed with the waters lapping at the base of the condo below us. Many delighted in fishing from the balcony with rods and worms provided. There was a wedding at The Wave one night and we got to see fireworks over the water. The owners detailed list of provisions was a great help and they responded quickly when I reached out to them.
