"While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!"

"Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. "

"The host was fine. The unit was not as described. Here are all the issues. 1. Every time we left the property we ended up having to send a message to get back in because gate access kept expiring after 1 use. 2. There was minimal cooking essentials. No mixing bowl damaged small fying pans. 3. Water pressure was bad and most water for a shower was coming out of the tub spout. 4.
