"We booked The Salty Dog for our family to celebrate my son's graduation from CCU. We were very happy here. There was plenty of room for all of us and the room layouts were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed having a large dining table that we could all sit around. We enjoyed time in the pool and there are LOTS of games including board games we could use. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The floors could have used a good mopping, but everything else was neat and clean. The location was perfect, too, as it was a quick drive to both CCU and downtown Conway. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend The Salty Dog to anyone looking to accommodate a larger group in the area. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Not many amenities, but not really expecting any for $63, so no complaints there. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, but sheets and spread appeared to be clean, just damaged. Big complaint, there was zero hot water at 9am when I was getting ready (I tried running the water with the handle at about 15 different positions around the full rotation and nothing), water wasn’t just “not hot” it was freezing (even in May!) and could only wash my hair as a result. A minor issue, only the powers and channel up/down buttons seemed to work on the remote."

"A call to the fire marshal is next on my agenda. No smoke detector in the room (I have photos) no screens on the 2nd floor windows - (definitely a hazard) Not sure how anyone can say this place is up to code. Pretty run down building. They updated the shower in our room (newer - tile) but saved money by reusing their Toilet Paper dispenser from 1980 (full of rust). Just not up to par."

"Loved the place. First time in Conway. A lot more to do than thought. The only downside to the property is that there isn’t an elevator. It was a little difficult getting my large suitcase to the room. The host was really quick to respond to my messages. We would rent again if ever in the area."

" Parking was fine, my room looked dirty. The floors were dirty and the room had a very bad smell to it very stale order of cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room."

"Fairfield inn and suites was literally the nices, cleanest and quietest hotel that we have ever stayed in, in the United States. The breakfast was delightful as well. I compare it to the Euro Building hotel in Ecuador which was the finest place that I have ever layed my head. Worth every penny spent!! I will definitely be returning to Fairfield hotel during my future trips to the area. Thanks for a great nights sleep!"

"When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not happy that our room was not secure before we got there"
