The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.

This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort. Super cool place to stay!

Stayed here for the first time on a weekend getaway to Traverse City, right on the outside of it which is nice for a more quiet space. As a designer I really appreciated the Scandinavian interior and furnishing, definitely will be back again next time in the area.
