The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.

This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort.
