Upon booking guest are agreeing to our townships strict guidelines regarding no parties including the 10pm noise ordinance, no fireworks, and no street parking.
Any townships fines would be the responsibility of the booking guest.

Weekly light cleaning on an agreed upon date for rentals beyond 1 week.

Parking: 4-5cars in designated area

Please use caution when driving down Moore Road as there are many deer.

The lower level temperature is naturally less than upstairs. There are space heaters available that must be used with caution and must be turned off when leaving the home. I offer slippers and lots of cozy blankets.
Due to living in the country you may see an insect, this is out of our control.
