Great spot for family to stay

We stayed here for W&M graduation and it was great for our family. We loved having the kitchen, living room, beds and bathrooms for all!!! We did have to drive to everything, but we were able to park and walk from our daughter’s house for all of the graduation festivities!

This was in a great location that made it easy to get to all the local historic sites at an affordable price for a larger family. Great amenities for kids and a very friendly staff. The unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family.

We loved our stay at Governors Green. Everyone and everything was so nice! Great amenities. Unit was clean and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, and good restaurants. Hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I and our two young kids have stayed at this place twice in the last year. It absolutely wonderful. Clean, large rooms, well stocked kitchen, and close proximity to colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

I knew we were going to enjoy our stay because the Staff at the Reception station was awesome. Our room was spacious and had everything we wanted/needed - including a balcony with an amazing view looking out at the lake. This was our first time but not our last as we are planning to return next year.

Very nice place for the family

Were in town for a volleyball tournament. Instead of going to a hotel and getting separate rooms for 2 different parts of the family, we tried a condo at this location. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were very responsive and never approached us with any time-share related sales pitch as was warned of in the reviews. If we are in town again for a similar activity in the future, we will definitely look to this location as our first option.

Family Fun in the Sun

We’re from Ohio, and the weather was very humid. But have no fear, the amenities at this resort are awesome!! Multiple pools are accessible to keep you nice and cool. The staff are kind and efficient. Checking in and out were a breeze.
