We had a great time staying at Robica's Kingsmill condo. The views of the James River were gorgeous, especially sunsets and sunrises. Loved walking on the cart paths and exploring Williamsburg. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Visit

We decided to stay here, so we could enjoy activities in Yorktown and Williamsburg. Although we were away much of the time, it was a comfortable place to return to. Just a few thoughts: please put a brighter overhead light in the kitchen area. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen doesn’t work, and the balcony railing is unsecure.

Beautiful sunset and sunrise views

The unit is spotless and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and has some nice extra features that you won’t find if you go through the resort like a coffee maker just to name one of many. The view can’t be beat. The owner, Rodica is the best owner I’ve ever experienced. She sees to your every need. She’s Kind and detail oriented. We have stayed here before and will return again!! Thank you Rodica!!
