Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a view!

Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Ring doorbell. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

This condo was a great choice for our trip to Williamsburg. The rental was beautifully decorated, spotless, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. Our new favorite place to stay in Williamsburg! The condo is furnished and decorated so beautifully, yet very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the balcony and watching golfers come through.

Wonderful condo!

I read through the reviews before booking and I have to agree with the previous guests - This place was clean, comfortable & beautiful furnishings (especially the bed!) & had all the things we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was great. We enjoyed a meal at the golf course pub as well as at the marina. Would definitely book this condo again on next visit to Williamsburg.

Colonial Williamsburg Vacation

This Vacation rental was an excellent place to stay. Location was within close proximity to places we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculately clean, had every amenity we needed and more - and was comfortable and cozy to know we would be coming back to it at the end of the day. Amazing Holiday Stay in Kingsmill

Came to Williamsburg for Grand Illumination. Could not believe how cozy and festive this unit was for the holidays. Loved sitting by the fireplace in the comfy chairs. The condo is so beautifully decorated and well appointed. They thought of every detail! fwanted!

The condo was just as advertised. It was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The new “foodie” kitchen area was very well designed. There is so much room in the family room it would’ve easily been enough room for another couple. Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown were great.

We loved our stay! It is perfectly located to spend time in Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Busch Gardens. So close! Lovely trails to run/walk, beautiful view, short walk to breakfast spot. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy, there is a full length mirror which we don't always find in a VRBO place. Kitchen was well stocked! Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

What a clean, well decorated, well appointed rental! We enjoyed the clean, cozy, well decorated, and comfortable condo for our 3 night stay to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during spring break.
