The Railway Bearizona Grand Canyon Family Condo

This newly renovated (2021) and beautifully furnished condo is perfect for your stay in Williams. A two level unit with bedrooms upstairs. Easy access to downtown, the interstate, and under a 60 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, pillows, linens, and Duvets The downstairs has a large living room for relaxing, a half bathroom, a full kitchen plus a Washer and Dryer along with access to the back deck and yard.

A wonderful vacation home for your stay in Northern Arizona!

This clean and comfortable space was renovated in May of 2021 with new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, window coverings, ceiling fans along with new furniture, Tuft & Needles mattresses, and bedding.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, cups, and many other utensils. There is a microwave a drip coffee maker and in the dining area, there is a table and 6 chairs.
Just off the kitchen is a small back patio with outside furniture and fenced yard but we do NOT allow pets to stay.

The living room is quite large with a 55” smart Tv, coffee table, and leather couch and chairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well. If needed there is an inflatable Queen mattress that can be set up in this area.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs and they include an Ikea Queen-size Malm bed frame and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, and clothing storage in the closet. There is central heat and air conditioning in the home along with ceiling fans. There is one bedroom that includes its own private full bathroom and the other two rooms share the second.

There is a washer and dryer that can be used with care.

This is a middle unit in a fourplex of Condominiums so there is a possibility for some noise from the neighbors.

There is a parking lot in front that is shared with the neighbors but you have two reserved spots and plenty of street parking.

Williams, Then Train Ride

It was all we expected. Very nice accomadations. Perfect spot to stay so as to catch the train the next day. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need but no dishwasher so we needed to wash the dishes before AND after we used them. May want to use paper plates if cooking there. Host was very accessible and responsive. We’d stay here again!!!

Very clean and neat. I liked having a BBQ grill. Parking was easy. Grocery store is close by. The only thing we would change is the kids couldn't play in the fenced in yard bevause it's just weeds, no paio or grass. Night lights would be nice in the bedrooms. But otherwise, nice space with everything we needed.

Property was as advertised, clean and good value for the price. I think some minor tweaks could be made to elevate. No dish rags, one dish towel. Having some games (card or board) would have been nice to have. Maybe I was just spoiled with my prior experience at another location. With ratings I expected some extra touches.

Grand Canyon getaway.

Great Base Camp

Used as a "base camp" while visiting Grand Canyon and Route 66. Simplicity is what made the place great. Lots of small touches to make it easy to use, but lots of space for gear, luggage, and coolers.

For the amount we spent for this property I would have expected it to be nicer. The house was not as clean as it should be. The floors were dirty and under the beds were dirty as well. It did the job but was not very comfortable
