The home itself could not be better equipped for long-term stays and entertaining. The third level boasts a beautiful and bright open-concept living/dining area that looks like something out of a magazine. Amazing views, perfect location

6 college friends up for a few days to getaway and catch up. Great property 200 ft from everything that Pier290 has to offer! Three separate floors separate sleeping from living quarters. This property must have been recently renovated as it’s in great condition! The top floor includes living, dining and kitchen as well as a huge covered balcony with an additional dining table and outdoor couch. This probably has every we needed for an amazing getaway!

Golf weekend for guys

The property is as described in the listing and comfortably handled our group of 8 golfers with no problems. Our only complaint was that the tv's are smart tv's and did not have access to local channels (wanted to watch football both nights) we were able to work around that issue and it was not enough of a problem to change our 5 star review.
