"Be careful — here's what happened:I made a reservation a week before our travel date, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. I waited for an email from the host with directions and details about the property, but I never received anything. I reached out to the host, and they first told me there was no parking for my car. Then, surprisingly, they claimed they hadn’t received my reservation or any payment — this was the night before our trip. It was a terrible experience.Thankfully, Vrbo stepped in and refunded me, but we were left scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. Very stressful and disappointing."

"This host has great communication. The pad is just as cozy as the host describes, clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything a family might need to feel at home, including wifi access. It makes a great base for exploring, especially given its location at the center of many local sights. That said, the surrounding neighborhood is quite urban: it's noisy, a bit rough around the edges, and parking can be a real challenge. These are trade-offs to keep in mind when considering a stay here."

"The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. "
