Inside, you will find a bright, open-plan living space where the fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas — plenty of room to cook together or simply do nothing on the sofa. Every room in the apartment, from the living room to the bedrooms, is equipped with air conditioning and its own smart TV, ensuring that you always have a comfortable place to relax. Through the spacious sliding doors, you can step straight onto your private terrace, overlooking the garden and, beyond it, the swimming pool tucked away among the greenery. The breeze across the terrace provides natural cooling, even during the warmer parts of the day. During the day, the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim, while in the evening you can relax on your terrace and watch the sun go down.

The master bedroom feels like a private retreat, featuring a spacious king-size bed with an orthopedic mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. It also offers the same cool comfort of air conditioning and a private TV for those moments when you simply want to unwind with a movie. In the second bedroom, children or other guests can sleep comfortably in the three-person bunk bed. A baby cot is also available for the youngest guests.

The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower. A separate toilet means you do not have to wait for each other in the morning. There is also a private laundry room with a washer-dryer, so you only need to pack half as much for your holiday.

Surrounding the apartment is the tropical garden of Vredenberg Village, with a refreshing communal swimming pool featuring a separate children’s area and a spacious pool deck with sun loungers — the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The entire resort is brand new, peaceful, and secured 24/7. Mambo Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and thanks to the central location, you can reach the historic center of Willemstad within just a few minutes. The beaches on the western side of Curaçao are also quick and easy to reach.

**Electricity and water**

Electricity is expensive in Curaçao. During your stay, you receive 10 kWh of electricity per day. If you use more than this allowance, we charge €0.50 per additional kWh.

You also receive 3m³ of water per week**. Any additional water consumption is charged at €9 per m³.

With normal usage, these allowances would not ordinarily be exceeded. No rights can be derived from these stated allowance
The meter readings will be carefully checked and recorded at both check-in and check-out.

The cleaning fee charged covers the final cleaning and laundry costs only. If you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee, as can a change of bed linen and towels.

If you stay for more than 10 days, an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is mandatory.

**Security deposit**

Please note: after making your reservation, we require a security deposit. This deposit will be used to settle any additional electricity and water consumption, as well as the **7% tourist tax**. Any damage caused during your stay may also be deducted from the deposit.

Any remaining amount will, of course, be refunded to you after check-out via Airbnb.

Stay up to 2 weeks: €300 security deposit
Stay 2–4 weeks: €500 security deposit

Water and electricity are very expensive in Curaçao, so we kindly ask you to use them responsibly. Please only use the air conditioning and other electrical appliances when you are present in the apartment.

**Please note**

During the month of September, some work will still be taking place on and around the property. This will generally only take place during the daytime. The garden around the apartment still needs to be completed.

All other facilities can be used as normal.
