- Relax with your whole family at this 2 bedroom ground floor Condo directly on the beach. Amazing view of the ocean and beach from your private patio and both bedrooms. Located on the quiet secluded Palapa Beach Resort in Jan Thiel. Snorkeling/diving right outside your patio. Quiet pool with fantastic view of Spanish Water bay. We are a gated resort with 24 hour secruity. Beach is free to use, we provide beach towels and beach chairs. Washing Machine in unit. Air Conditioning in every room. Reserved parking spot and entrance gate to Caracasbaai beach is right next to the unit. 3 waterfront restaurants in walking distance. Marina with activity rentals right across the street. We are located in the Palapa beach resort. We also rent our car out to our guests for an additional fee. Please message us for details.

Please turn the air conditioners and close the doors when you leave. Empty the trash. The dumpsters are in the large parking lot next to the entrance gate.
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom. Leave the sheets on the bed as the beds are different sizes and it helps are cleaners sort the laundry. No other cleaning is needed. Thank you.
