Kein Hinweis bei der Buchung dass diese elektrisch Ist und dazu kommt. Haus ist sehr schlecht bzw. Fast far nicht gedämmt. somit entweder frieren oder teuer zusätzlich bezahlen. Kann nicht weiter empfohlen werden."

Mit den Nachbarn kam man gut ins Gespräch und erhielt gleich noch ein paar Ausflugstips.Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt relativ schnell an viele tolle Ausflugsziele. "It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area... "

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt."
