"This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay. There was a great choice for breakfast. The bar area was very nice and a lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. All the staff were so helpful. "

"Our family enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. Especially with the cooking facilities which is very clean. The view in front open up to a wide field and the back rooms has nice mountain view. There is a bus stop directly at the hotel doorstep. The hotel front desk service is always so helpful with our queries. We would loved to stay at this property again."

"The location is super convenient! Walkable from Interlaken West and there are buses that bring us to different towns. Reception is very helpful in our enquiries Room is clean and spacious too. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Will stay here again"

"Nestled at the feet, or rather, the knees, of the Jungfrau mountain region, the Braunbär is everything you hope for out of this experience. It is super convenient to the train station, which visitors will use often, and it is across the street from the gondola station which takes you up to Männlichen, Gringlewald, and the Jungfrau Express. The village of Wengen (car-less) is quaint, yet has everything you’ll need. Cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, sporting goods stores, etc. We had a generous balcony to our room which was deep and ran the length of the room. The room size was very suitable and large-ish for this sort of property. Everything worked well, and the room, bed, and couch were comfortable. "

"no kettle, no mini bar, no AC, too hot, no safe to keep valuable stuff, only one plastic bin without bin liners in bathroom, towers are clean, bang average breakfast. Fair enough it's not that expensive even it's very close to train station and loctaion is spot on, But should have been better, Staff are so laid back, shown not much interest, will look elsewhere next time"
