"Staff was accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Convenient parking. Nice breakfast. Exercise room was clean and had the equipment I use daily. The only con was figuring out how to control room temperature. Room signage instructed us to use the thermostat on the wall, but it was nonfunctional. Controls on the window unit were somewhat inaccurate. Recommend tub shower have non-slip mats available."

"The inside of the house was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch early morning and late evening.We didn't use the backyard because that area needed some clean up. Front door knob kept falling off."

"This place would be perfect for a younger couple or single person in the fall or spring, or a couple with a younger pup. We had our 17 year old dog with us, and ended up checking out a day early because the AC couldn't keep up with the weather outside and it was about 80 degrees in the cabin so much to hot for our old girl. The place is quaint but cute, clean, and easy to navigate. The drive way could be difficult if we weren't in a truck. They could use some minor updates (blinds on the upstairs windows to help with AC, upgrade AC units, have some baking sheets, a water filtration system, and a bathroom rug for after shower. Oh, and a more confortable bed.)I think we would come back when its cool enough to run the fireplace and go hiking. I did message the owner a few times and never got a response. Not sure i would pay 150 a night again without minor upgrades."
