"Room was clean and organized and staff were friendly! Unfortunately pool was closed at time of visit but not sure if that could have been helped. Breakfast wasn’t high quality but nothing terrible, inconsistent between days though. Be careful about check out times though - booking said 12, but in person it turned out to be 11."
"Booked: 3adults, 1K+sofabed. Security: Rm door was open; not unlocked, “OPEN”. Our internal safety alarms went off so we searched room for signs of tampering, cameras, people. Tried calling desk; phone did not work. Room: well designed, spacious, efficient. Bed: comfortable, pillows too soft/non-supportive; sofabed too.
No “FREE Premium WiFi”; web & key-card folder advertise “Free Premium WiFi”. Reality: “Standard WiFi” was free, “Premium WiFi” was $4.95/day. The difference: ability to see video, download documents or stream.
Supplies for 3 guests: NO bedding for sofabed, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 1/2 rolls TP. Note; our phone was still not working, nor had anyone come to the room to check it so each above issue was another trip downstairs to front desk.
Breakfast was dismal: 1sm server for hot food, empty at 7am. 1-2 items of pastries, coffee full of coffee grounds; I could not finish my cup. We went to QT for breakfast.
It was conveniently close to our event venue and a great price for a busy season in Muskogee.
Staff: were nice, tried to accommodate, were not proactive or anticipatory of guest needs, nor initiated any kind of conversation or contact until we approached them. So, nice, not friendly, helpful, not guest service focused.

"It was a pleasant stay, helpful staff. Room was nice bed was comfortable. Best Days Inn we've been to. Breakfast is a cold breakfast that was complimentary. Can't beat the price!"
"Was there last year no pool,no ice machine, elevator was not working. So got ice machine fixed and elevator but no breakfast room . This time ac didn't work very good had a smell to it.want be back."
"Breakfast was delicious. They served something different in the two days we stayed. The hotel room smelled good and was very clean from the bathroom to the bed. The A/C worked great. We will stay again for sure. "
"Staff was great, friendly and helpful, breakfast hours ended too soon for a late sleeper, this trip the hotel was filled with very noisy basketball kids, made it difficult to sleep, lots of stomping and yelling late into the night"
