Going to Disney or Universal and want some quality family time? Come make yourself at home in this 3B/2bath Designer home 1 hour from Orlando attractions!

Take the golf cart and 5 minutes away from Brownwood Square where you can shop, eat and dance. Or take the golf cart and swim noodles over to the family pool. Go to Sawgrass for ice cream or coffee and play an 18 hole putting green. Beautiful walking trails and boardwalk overlooking Lake Okahumpka.

This new home’s eat in kitchen and coffee bar is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Electric couch and lounging chair with large TV in adjoining living area. Or spend time out on the lanai lounging on the patio furniture or having a meal at the outdoor eating area.

Master bedroom with an adjustable king bed and walk in handicap accessible shower.
Second bedroom with a king bed and bath is on other side of home with sliding door that allows for privacy.

Located in the village of St. John's. This is a golf cart community with pools, pickleball courts, bocce ball and many many more activities and opportunities just minutes away! Restaurants, shopping and nightly entertainment at Brownwood Square. You can also enjoy music, food and dancing at Sawgrass and Edna's on the Green. You will be within walking distance to historic Lake Okahumpka where you will find nature trails for biking and walking, as well as kayaking, a large fire pit, and waterside boardwalks. Okahumpka Recreation Center is also located here and offers lots of planned indoor and outdoor activities.

Aldi's and Publix close by, some shopping is golf cart accessible.
