Only 10 minutes from Brownwood Paddock Square, 10-15 minutes from Sawgrass Market & Edna's on the Green. Enjoy Lake Okahumpka Rec Centre within walking distance offering tons of activities including kayaking and incredible sunrises, sunsets. Many more rec centers nearby to choose from and over 55 golf courses for a nominal fee.
Enjoy your open concept kitchen with seating at the island, Keurig and drip coffee makers, Vitamix blender, toaster oven with airfry, toaster, ice and cold water built into the refrigerator. Living room offers dual power reclining two seater couch, sofa, and loveseat. Relax and enjoy a theatre experience with the Large 75" Smart TV with Bose soundbar and subwoofer. Garage holds the included Yamaha gas powered 2-seater golf car. Smart lock keypad entry with Ring doorbell to assist with self check in. Ring camera in garage to ensure golf cart and garage door are secure. Please note Golf cart is included as a courtesy and does not have additional value towards the rental total.
