The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 50" flat screen TV and a pull out sofa for those last minute friends. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the unique wrap around & screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. This screened in porch wraps around to the side and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and a great dining area for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to 1 of 3 town square and dance the night away.
This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart, Electric BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. If softball is your sport of choice you are only minutes to the Everglades Sports Complex.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
