Two apartments. Perfect for two families who want to vacation together but have their own separate living quarters. Apartment 2L features 2 bedrooms (bedroom #1: queen size bed & bedroom #2 twin over full bunk), full kitchen, full bath, living room, patio. Apartment 2R also features 2 bedrooms (bedroom #1: queen size bed & bedroom #2 twin over full bunk), full kitchen, full bath, living room, patio.
Total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms.
2 1/2 blocks to the beach.
Check in time 4 PM.
PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED SPOT ON LEFT SIDE OF BUILDING.

***Upon check-in, walk thru and let us know of any issues within the 1st hour of check-in and report back to us ASAP to remedy the issue. No cancellations, refunds, or credits provided if NOTHING is reported within the 1st hour of check-in.***

-No SMOKING inside the apartment. If there is a sign of smoking after check out your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely no visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

-Feel free to use the kitchen but clean after yourself to avoid additional cleaning fees.

- Be sure to check out by 10 AM to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check out fee (unless you've paid a fee to check out later).

- LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs after use.

- Cookware, utensils, BBQ, pillows, linens, towels provided.

***ONE TOWEL PROVIDED PER GUEST***
GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING EXTRA TOWELS SO THEY HAVE FRESH ONES THROUGHOUT THE STAY.

Pet must remain in crate if unattended. We collect pet fee of $99 per pet / per stay.

If any of these rules are broken, your reservation will be terminated early without a refund and additional fees may be charged to your credit card.
