  • House rules: All Guests must be 25+ (exceptions for families staying together). No pets. No parties. Quiet hours 11PM–7AM. Violations = immediate removal, no refund.

    Newly remodeled 3BR/1BA beach condo sleeping up to 8. Private fenced patio, outdoor shower, full kitchen. 12-min walk to beach, walkable to restaurants & bay. 🌊
