    Things to Remember:

    Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.

    Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 181 and 182.

    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

    Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy a spacious 12th-floor penthouse with dramatic two-story ceilings, a private veranda with beautiful bay and sunset views, ocean views from the primary bedroom, and a modern kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. You will also have access to The Grand's private beach, beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, BBQ area, and seasonal Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service.

    Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.

    Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

    Please note: The residence is located on the 12th floor of The Grand at Diamond Beach.

The Grand is the premier place to stay in Wildwood.

The Grand is the premier place to stay in Wildwood. The private beach and infinity pool are absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The outdoor grills and dining areas are awesome. The entire property is impeccably maintained. It’s truly a five-star property. The Keller-Williams team is extremely accessible, helpful and efficient.

High quality stay for high price. We were so disappointed when we arrived that the a/c was not working until very late in the evening. Also the heaters in the large living/kitchen area were on in July.

I thought having a life guard was great for the beach.

I thought having a life guard was great for the beach. One of the few beaches in NJ that still has a life guard in September and I thought it was very valuable that would make us come back during this time having kids that go in the ocean. The team members were in constant contact making sure everything was going smoothly all week and were very helpful.

We love the Grand and respect the people, property and rules.

We love the Grand and respect the people, property and rules. However, some of the owners are extremely rude to the renters because of just that reason. It’s unfortunate. The members from your team were very kind and helpful.
