We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Stockli- room was clean and well appointed- location was quiet and very Alpine- we had dinner at their Hotel Alpenblick’ the food was next level superb- I am coeliac and the food was gf and amazing- I would highly recommend staying and dining here
Breakfast and staff at the breakfast was great. Julie, franciso and michelle were outstanding. Food was good as well. We enjoyed our stay here, it’s also pet friendly but ask in advance to get a pet friendly room.

A lovely, traditional Swiss property. Everyone was very pleasant and made us feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby towns by train. Everything was perfect.
Stayed three night. Comfortable clean bed. Share bathroom kept very clean. Hostel staff very nice. Enjoyed breakfest very much. Close to train station. Recommended.
The room & area around the facility is good. The breakfast is excellent. However the internet connection was very weak & sometime i can’t connect at all. I would have given this place 5 if we can get decent Internet connection
The room was cozy and clean with nice view. The breakfast was great ! The location help provided was very useful and the front desk was helpful and informative. The in-house restaurant was Michelin rated and the food was good !
Will stay again and recommend. Well deserved rating !
It is located about 1.2km from the train station. The bath room is shared with other visitors.
Less variety of breakfast, it includes cheese, ham, bread, tea, coffee and yogurt.

We would not come back again.
We don't mind a shared shower, but the hotel did not keep it clean. We looked inside the shower room when we arrived and there was someone's dirty towel in the shower that was set aside. The shower also had no soap. It was also not refilled the next morning and that towel was still there! It was quite creaky and loud.

Reasonably priced hostel with the basics you'd need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was just okay, not amazing as some if the reviews would make you think - they had a decent selection of breads and cheeses, and some healthy options like yogurt, flax seeds, chia seeds, but no fresh sliced fruits and veg. The main reason for rating this a bit lower is that I think the bedsheets/bedspreads in our room were infested with dust mites (there were no visible bugs). My husband and I woke up several times due to severe itchiness, we even developed some rashes that went away after an hour or so. We've never had this problem with any other place we stayed at in our Europe trip (and we stayed at 8 different hotels/hostels).
