"This property was amazing! Very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. We loved the balcony and the view of the park, watching the paragliders go by and land. The location is so close to all the shops and restaurants. Only a 7 minute walk from the train station. The host met us at the apartment to ensure everything was okay and if there was anything else we would need. A very nice host. If we were to return to this area this is where I would stay without...

"The house is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing. It was nice that it had coffee ,oil, salt and pepper , it made our life easier especially the rice cooker since we like to eat rice. It so close to train station and the lake. After staying g at Spiez, we left for Grindelwald but we wish we should have just stayed at Speiz, the surrounding is way better"

"Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June 2026. The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze.
