"Check in at the hotel was slow took about 30-40 minutes with only two people checking people in at 4:00 pm. There were 3 elevators to the rooms but 1 of them was broken the entire week we were there. There were at least 3 or more times we had to take the steps 7 floors instead of waiting multiple times for the elevator since they were packed at all hours of the day. The breakfast was ok. They did offer a hot breakfast but all of the options were bland. I will say the coffee shop on the floor with the ocean and pool was very good."

"Loved the condo, stunning views and easy fast access to the pool and beach. Our only complaints are that the property provides zero beach gear including towels. They also only provide a single roll of paper towels and only 2 trash bags. So you’re forced to shop at the property vending machines which conveniently has all these items. And you have to walk across to Sunsations to buy all your beach and pool supplies. Otherwise we had a great stay, the beach is incredible."
