In the living room you can sit comfortably on a leather suite and have direct access to the balcony (with a view of the pond). Telephone, digital satellite TV (LED flat screen incl. Sky TV) and free and unlimited internet access are standard in the flat. The bathroom has two washbasins, a shower and a WC.

    The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails, etc.) is about two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.

    Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
