This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. "The home itself was nice, but there was a strong “sewer” odor in the main floor bathroom. The door handle in the upstairs bathroom was also very loose and needs repair. The house is spacious and the kitchen large. The house was clean and neat. However, after we arrived at our next destination, I realized I was missing a small bag. After numerous requests from the host regarding whether it was found, I have still received no reply. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water.
We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A bank (Raiffeisen Bank im Oberland) with an ATM was within walking distance as well. This apartment is a great location if you are planning to visit Munchen, Bad Tolz, the Tegernsee or Mittenwald.
