Ein großartiges Hotel mit fantastischem Service

This is a very nice hotel. The room we had was spacious with an excellent bath/shower room and separate wc. Really comfort bed. Right in the heart of the little town - which is a lovely place. The restaurant and bar is very good and the prices extremely affordable. The small pool was very refreshing. The service from all of the staff is excellent! Parking right outside the door ! Only little thing was I thought I’d booked a room with air on, which the room didn’t have. There were two big fans though and this did the job. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Danke

Das Zimmer, dass ich beziehen sollte, war nicht gereinigt, Bett nicht frisch bezogen, Bademäntel der Gäste vorher im Bad auf einem Hocker, Haare im Bett und Waschbecken. Nach reklamieren bekam ich direkt ein neues, gemachtes Zimmer. Gut so. Beim Einchecken der Hinweis auf die Frühstückszeiten 08:00 - 10:00. Ich musste schon um 07:30 los, daher das Angebot, ich kann ab 07:15 frühstücken. Top. Als ich um 07:15 zum Frühstück kam waren so gut wie alle Tische belegt, das Buffet mehr oder weniger leer, die Eierspeisen alle. Es schien, als wären die anderen Gäste deutlich vor 07:00 da gewesen. Warum sagt man mir erst ab 08:00? Wellnessbereich: Ich sollte ca. 15 Minuten vorher Bescheid geben, dass die Sauna angemacht werden kann. Hab ich gemacht. 20 Minuten später stand ich in einem dunklen, kühlen Wellnessbereich in dem Sauna, Dampfbad und IR Kabine kalt waren. Duschen im Zimmer ging auch nur kurz, da der Ablauf mit der Wassermenge überfordert war. Am zweiten Tag kam ich nachmittags in mein Zimmer, dort waren gerade der "Meister und sein Lehrling" dabei Adventsbeleuchtung an die Fenster zu montieren und ließen sich von mir in keinster Weise stören. Auschecken mit Übersetzungsapp auf dem Handy war auch spannend. Ich buche hier nicht merh.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort (und hatten im letzten Sommer ganz gute Erfahrungen in dem Hotel gemacht) und wollten diesmal in den Wellnessbereich und zu Abend essen. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider unterirdisch, beim Reinkommen wird man von ekelhaften Gerüchen erschlagen und die Hälfte der angebotenen Dinge funktioniert nicht (Whirlpool, der innen drin komplett dreckig war und Infrarot Kabine). Der Pool hatte knackige 23C und kein Mensch (so auch 5 andere Gäste) hatte Lust ihn zu nutzen... Wieso einen schlechten Wellnessbereich anbieten, der von niemandem genutzt wird? Wellness war also eine totale Enttäuschung (und das mit Kleinkind). A propos Kleinkind, wieso ist ein Zimmer für 3 Personen (inkl. Kleinkind) auf 2 Personen ausgerichtet (Handtücher)... Und warum zahle ich denn für das Kleinkind, wenn es nirgends im Zimmer berücksichtigt wird? Wir haben noch im Hotel zu Abend gegessen (weil die Bewertungen ganz gut waren) und haben es direkt bereut: ein Schäufele das ok war und einen Flammkuchen, der nicht ansatzweise durchgebacken war. Essen und Trinken waren einfach mies. Das Personal und der Service waren bemüht, mehr aber auch nicht. Schade, daß war unser letztes Mal dort.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Großes modernes Bad und großes Zimmer! Der Fernseher war etwas zu weit hinten an der Wand montiert! Alles in allem ein gutes Preis- Leistung- Verhältnis! Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit leckerem Kuchen, tollem Obstsalat und riesiger Auswahl einfach TOP! Vielen Dank!

Einmal und nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung!

Definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Das Hotel liegt leicht abseits der Hauptstraße und ist definitiv ruhig gelegen. Leider hat das Hotel meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Haus macht eher den Eindruck eines Dorfgasthofes, der Eingangsbereich ist eng und es riecht im ganzen Haus nach Essen. Der Check-In war schnell erledigt, die Treppe in das zweite OG ist sehr alt und notdürftig neu belegt worden, die Flure zu den Zimmern sehr schäbig. Mein Zimmer war dagegen ganz in Ordnung, wenn auch der alte Rauhputz an den Wänden überhaupt nicht passte. Hier wurden einfach neue Möbel vor die alten Wände gestellt. Das Restaurant war vollkommen ungenügend für mich. Als Hausgast fühlte ich mich wie ein Störenfried dort, meine Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde mit den Worten abgetan, dass ich gerne besseres Personal vorbeischicken dürfe..... Einmal und nie wieder!

tolle riesige Terasse welche bei unsicheren warmen Wetter (ausziebare Markise) zum tollen Frühstück oder Abendessen genutzt werden kann. moderne Zimmer in altem Hotel, sehr sauber.

Für eine Geschäftsreise brauchte ich ein Nachtquartier. Das Hotel ist ein einem kleinen Ort zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut. Betten top. Sauberkeit im Zimmer extrem gut. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein kleines Schwimmad und ein Wellness-Bereich im Keller. Leider wurde dort gerade der Whirlpool getauscht. Eine Umkleide suchte man dort vergebens. Das machte den Bereich recht unübersichtlich. Ich habe mich aber trotzdem gut erholt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen

Wir waren zu einem Krimi-Dinner im Hotel und haben uns noch eine Übernachtung inkl. Frühstück dazu gebucht. Wir bekamen eine bessere Zimmerkategorie als gebucht und bezahlt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel Eingerichtet und die Möbel sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Im Bad waren neben frischen Handtüchern auch Bademäntel zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Natürlich waren Shampoo, Duschgel, Manikürset und Nähutensilien vorhanden. Zudem gab es einen Kamm für Gäste, die ihren eigenen Kamm Vergessen hatten. Das Essen beim Krimidinner war super. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Helt och rent men utan charm

I en by som ser ut som om den var väldigt populär för 40 år sedan och sedan glömts bort ligger detta helt ok hotell. Men inte mer.

The Great Mountain Escape

The hotel is in a great area to go hiking and to explore a little mountain region in Germany. The hotel was comfortable it had a homey feel to it the room was a bit small but hey it is Germany. Definitely a great mountain escape.
