- This holiday home, partially dating back to the 19th century and centrally located near Mainz, was lovingly renovated and completely refurnished in a modern style by 2016. It enjoys a beautiful, sunny, and quiet location.
The holiday home accommodates up to four people.
The 65 m² interior is spread over two floors.
The ground floor features a 24 m² living room with a separate dining area, a bright bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a cloakroom.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.
Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto an 11 m² covered balcony.
