"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door.
Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening.
I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great.
