We offer you a comfortable apartment in the 1st Floor of an apartment building, where you can see upon entering the apartment, the symbol of the island of Ruegen - Bernstein, chickens God, Thunderbolt, and more. The apartment is completely new and very loving, country-typical set up Nordic - just to feel good. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 windows, but also in the living room with a large sofa bed in place, and can accommodate 4 people if required. The spacious bathroom has a bath and window! The living room with large open kitchen and bar. 4 windows flood the living room with light. LCD TV with integrated DVD player is also available. The peninsula is Wittow on complaints the sunniest region and is a somewhat quieter landscapes. The state-approved resort Wiek is for a vacation is the perfect choice.

Nice and well equipped

A very nice apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay with a nearby bakery and food store. The 24-hour ATM parking outside the apartment did not bother us much.

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße und es ist deshalb schon sehr laut. Keine Möglichkeit BadehandtĂŒcher oder nasse Sachen zu trocknen, WĂ€schestĂ€nder(Trockner) wĂ€re sinnvoll. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Wasser sollte schon angestellt sein, bei der Anreise, bzw. ein Hinweis, wo sich die AbsperrhĂ€hne befinden.

Duschstange nach einem Jahr Beschwerde immer noch nicht vorhanden. TV Unterirdisch ( sehr alte Technik ) sonst i. O.

Gesamtfazit

Objekt im Großen und Ganzen ok, jedoch z.T. sehr laut, da Bank bzw. Geldautomat im selben GebĂ€ude und dadurch permanenter Kfz-Verkehr (rund um die Uhr). Schule und Kita in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wiek als Urlaubsort sehr nett - bietet jedoch nichts!! Die Ausschilderung der Fahrradwege ist schlecht und teilweise nicht vorhanden, dies betrifft die gesamte Umgebung.

Schlaflose NĂ€chte

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, großzĂŒgig, die Matratzen sind gut....aber.....die Vermieterin hat in der Objektbeschreibung vergessen zu erwĂ€hnen, dass sich die Wohnung in einem GeschĂ€ftshaus mit Sparkasse und Geldautomaten befindet. Dieser Automat ist 24 Stunden zugĂ€nglich. Die ganze Nacht MotorengerĂ€usche, TĂŒren schlagen, teilweise lautstarke, nĂ€chtliche Unterhaltungen. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist an Schlafen nicht zu denken. VerschĂ€rfend kommt hinzu, dass sich eine Grundschule auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck befindet. Ab 07.00Uhr beginnt ein hochfrequentierter GerĂ€uschpegel. Auch beim Geldautomaten ist die „ Rush Hour“ zwischen 07.00 und 08.00 morgens. Wir sind nach 4 schlaflosen NĂ€chten vorzeitig abgereist.

Schöne, helle , gerĂ€umige, gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung

Wiek war fĂŒr uns genau der richtige Ort. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden, super Fahrradwege in der Umgebung und gemĂŒtlicher Hafen mit ausreichendem, gastronomischen Angebot im Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben, gemĂŒtlich, gerĂ€umig ,hell und zentral und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich, besorgte mir einen Fön den ich vergessen hatte. Im Bad vermissten wir eine Brausestange, das wĂ€re etwas bequemer gewesen, aber es ging auch so. Wir fanden die Anzahl der HandtĂŒcher (1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch pro Person ) fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt von 12 NĂ€chten zu knapp, da man bei der Hitze stĂ€ndig duschte. Ich bin mir aber sicher das die tolle Vermieterin jederzeit fĂŒr Nachschub gesorgt hĂ€tte, ich wollte sie aber nicht stören. Jederzeit wĂŒrden wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wieder Buchen. Was auch toll war, wir durften unsere E-Bikes im Hausflur ganz geschĂŒtzt abstellen. Das ist keine SelbstverstĂ€ndlichkeit.
