The cosy, open-concept living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the garden, a large smart TV with a Blu-ray player, a Bluetooth stereo system, and the dining area with a wood-burning stove and open kitchen serve as the home’s social hubs. The kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. Two bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor—each with a flat-screen TV and its own en-suite bathroom—along with a small sauna accessible from both bathrooms, combine with the loggia to form another highlight.

Heating is provided by underfloor heating. Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer are available for free use. The balconies, loggias, and garden offer a side view of the Baltic Sea (Wieker Bodden).

This small, unique holiday community borders directly on the Baltic Sea (Wieker Bodden). It’s just a few metres to the water. Thanks to the shallow entry, there are ideal swimming spots everywhere and opportunities for all kinds of water sports. A walk along the Baltic Sea promenade takes you past the surf and kite school to the Wiek marina. There, the tranquil village of Wiek unfolds with its restaurants and small shops. A walk from the SommarStuga house heading north takes you through delicate reed beds to the small harbour of Kuhle. Thanks to its unspoiled natural surroundings and tranquility, Wiek is not only a magical place for hikers and cyclists but also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Numerous surfing and kitesurfing courses are offered here for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts.
