The Wieker Bodden is only about 100 metres away. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bike rental shop are located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is in Juliusruh. Due to their proximity to the harbour and the Bodden waters, the apartments are ideal for anglers. There is a separate storage room for fishing gear and for hanging outdoor clothing.

There is a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. The living area includes a small kitchenette with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer. Parking space No. 35, located directly next to the building, is included with the apartment. The garden next to the building is available for shared use. Additionally, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use, as well as bicycle storage.
