The apartment is located in a thatched house on the first and attic floors.

It is surrounded by greenery on a footpath by the Bodden, so there is no traffic noise. All rooms are decorated in warm, light colors. The large, fish-rich Bodden is just 150 m away. Bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in 2025.
