Great place for the purpose of our stay. We just needed a place to sleep to attend the Bregenz festival and this was perfect for that purpose

Ok for 1 night

Automatic checkin worked fine. Room average but ok+. Industrial area but a very nice wine bar 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast ok but a lot of flies on the meat and cheese (not covered).

Checking in was seamlessly done by myself without any contact with the hotel staff, however, I later needed help with purchasing from the vending machine but no staff was around to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I liked this place.

Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen an das Hotel. Aber die Klimaanlage hat im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten 30 Grad im Zimmer nachts! Das Hotel ist ein Brutkasten aus Glas und dann das. Das kleine Fenster zu öffnen hat da nichts gebracht. Bitte dringend die Klimaanlage zum Laufen bekommen sonst kann man hier nicht übernachten. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer für den Preis ganz modern und angenehm.

Ottimo! Una notte molto tranquilla. Particolare anche la "self-reception" con le chiavi elettroniche delle camere che le programmi in autonomia all'arrivo. Checkin totalmente autonomo e quindi H24. Ristoante presente di fianco all'albergo. Parcheggio davanti all'albergo ed abbondante

War früher deutlich besser. Zimmer wird nicht täglich gereingt, vermutlich nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch, leider gab es keine Information dazu. Beim Check-in am Automaten wird die Zimmer Nummer nur einmalig angezeigt wer sich die Nummer nicht richtig merkt hat ein Problem. Das Zimmer muss direkt beim Check-in bezahlt werden, man bekommt keinen Beleg über die Zahlung.( Vielleicht nur weil der Drucker defekt ist oder kein Papier nachgefüllt wird) Es wird versprochen, dass die Rechnung nach dem Aufenthalt per Email versendet wird, zwei Wochen, diverse Emails und Anrufe später immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten, erst nach Androhung den Zahlungsbetrag auf der Kreditkarte zu sperren, kam die Rechnung. Für den hohen Zimmerpreis leider extrem schlechte Serviceleistung.

Tolles Hotel aber etwas zu teures Hotel!

Einfaches aber tolles Hotelkonzept in ruhigem Quartier. Mind. eine Nacht hatte ich das Hotel für mich allein😄 4 Sterne statt 5 ausschliesslich wegen des etwas zu hohen Preises.

Nichts könnte besser sein an diesem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt. Dazu ist das Personal noch sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Das perfekte Hotel wenn man auf der Durchreise ist.

Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated.

Wir hatten die Junior-Suite gebucht. Das Self Check-in ist sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Es hat eine Küche (mit Teller, jedoch ohne Töpfe und Besteck) mit langem Bar-Tisch und Stühle, einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln. Die Minibar war kostenlos. (Wasser, Süssgetränke und Bier). Das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer/Küche sind getrennt und jeweils mit einem kleinen Flach-TV ausgestattet. Das W-LAN ist kostenlos. Das Badzimmer mit einer Regendusche ist klein. Reicht aber gut für eine Person. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet genügend Auswahl. Preis/Leistung ist Top!

This is quite decent hotel in a quiet yet secluded area of a small town. The food, ambiance and service in the adjacent restaurant were great. The fully digital check in worked very well. However, in case of any complications, there is no WiFi connection available in the lobby. For anyone using a non European smartphone via WiFi (to avoid expensive Swiss data roaming), there is no way to get in touch with a local support if any urgent issues arise with the check in. Our more concerning experience is around safety/security (or lack of). During our dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were bullied by two (possibly intoxicated) men who scared us and brought our children to tears. We felt unprotected in this zero staff hotel. The restaurant was practically empty, the only other person there was the waitress. What is one to do in the case of danger? Not a family oriented/friendly place.
