Welcome to our Gîte ANTOINETTE located in a village ideally placed to visit the treasures of Alsace just 10 minutes drive from Colmar.<br><br>LE68320 offers two independent gîtes that can accommodate adults only.<br>In a house adjoining that of the owners.<br>2 people per gîte. Access to the 2 gîtes is via a spiral staircase located in the spacious entrance hall.<br><br>Each gite has a locked garage located in the courtyard of the property closed by an automatic gate so that you can park your vehicle as well as your bikes safely.<br><br>The cottage "ANTOINETTE" located on the 1st floor, bright with an area of 75m2, is equipped with underfloor heating and reversible air conditioning as well as double flow ventilation.<br><br> Free Wifi to stay connected.<br><br> The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room.<br><br>The bedroom is separated by a sliding wall from the living room and includes a 160x200 bed - a dressing room as well as a safe. The bathroom with double sink unit and large walk-in shower is adjoining the bedroom. Separate toilet. <br><br>For your comfort, we provide you with free of-charge:<br>Bed linen (the bed is made on arrival).
