Casita 3 blocks from downtown! Very clean !
- This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope. Check out our sister western casita right next door (VRBO # 643288) if you are traveling with friends or family.
PLEASE Note: our cleaning fees are according to length of stay to give my cleaning lady ample time to keep our standards high 1-6 nights is standard rate 7-21 nights $125
