I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football camp on Saturday April 18th. The hotel was nice until I woke up to something biting my arm. We had to move rooms at around 1 am when my son should have been getting some restful sleep. This was very inconvenient and I felt like my skin was crawling the rest of the night. While being moved to another room I was told they were unable to give a refund or discount to me because I booked through Expedia. I was not asking for one to begin with but I thought it was very nice that she was telling me that. It made me feel better about the experience, knowing they would be making it right. She did refund my parking fee. Once I came back home I inquired with Expedia and have inquired multiple times being told that someone from the hotel will call me to get more information, etc. I'm so sick of it. Expedia has been great, they have tried to contact the manager several times on my behalf and has even given me a small amount of onekey cash for the incontinence. But for months this hotel has given me the run around when all I'm asking is for them to follow through on their word. I'm very disappointed in this Hyatt and will never stay with Hyatt again. I do not recommend staying here because they lied about a discount or refund for my inconvenience. Plus bed bugs are hard to get rid of, no one needs to be taking these home. There are plenty of hotels in Wichita. DO NOT STAY HERE."
