It was a convenient location close to IHOP and other restaurants. The room rate was its best selling point for me. It didn’t have a microwave but the May have provided one if I had asked.

Good for the price

Good for the price. The room is large the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom needed some work, but again at the cost, it wasn't awful.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to doctors & surgery centers on/near Webb Rd. Within walking distance to Braum's. Clean, large room. No drain covers in sink & bathtub.

Front desk made it easy to book more nights at the last minute and got to keep the same room so I didn't have to check out at 11 and re-check back in at 3. Cleaning lady's were always nice and can tell they were working hard as well as staying on top of all other requests from guest. **Breakfast use to be a whole lot better!! One of the down sides.** Other than that my stay was quiet.

Reasonable but tired property

We've stayed at this property many times before...it has been at least a year since our last time, though. The property really needs to be refreshed-it's rather tired and almost dreary. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and the a/c worked fine. The curtains are almost thread bare but did keep out the morning sun & afernoon heat. We did not eat breakfast here this morning.

The staff was GREAT. The room had cigarette holes in two of the blankets., the telephone was shut off when we wanted to call the office, the towel bar came out of the wall & the toilet didn't refill on it's own. The maintainance man came in to fix it at 10 pm.

Staff was great, kind & listened. The blankets had cigarette holes. The toilet wouldn’t refill. The maintainance man appologized and fixed it between 9:30-10pm. The towel rack came out of the wall. The room phone was disconnected so if we needed to contact the desk we had to walk down there.

everyone recently reviewed saying they got bugs from here, but the first thing I do is check for bedbugs and roaches and even on the first floor we found none, so I was really happy. a great hotel for the price!
