The space
Sleepy Hollow Chateau features two large living room spaces--the formal living room features soaring vaulted ceilings and elegant hardwood floors that is well appointed with plush upholstered furniture while the back patio living room gives out all the fun vibes with bright mid-mod decor, neon bar sign, and large 65' flatscreen TV to catch up on the big games or the latest in streaming entertainment. Slide the massive patio doors open to the patio that features a large farmhouse style entertainment table and chairs along with new Gas grill. Swivel the Patio Room TV out towards the outdoors for even more entertainment options! Don't miss the bowling ball edged french gardens on your way out to another small patio conversation area and finally a fire pit the entire family can gather round.
Each bedroom has been lovingly appointed....The Master Bedroom features a massive four poster bed with brand new luxury mattress and flat screen TV. Picture yourself in the private patio room right off the Master Bedroom that features an enormous bed swing and breathtaking views of the backyard. Two more bedrooms are located on the main floor with luxury queen sized beds and flat screen televisions. A vintage inspired main floor bath features a tub/shower combo. Anyone a Harry Potter fan? Don't miss the fourth bedroom located upstairs which features two twins beds, a luxury Queen sized bed, another flat screen TV, and a our own version of a trolley cart complete with coffee and hot chocolate K cups for all to enjoy. This bedroom features an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Washer and Dryer is located on property in the basement.

Please keep in mind that we do not host large family gatherings over 20 (per City rules) people. Parking between the private drive and curbside can accommodate 4-5 cars. We do have multiple rooms with a step-down/step-up into the next room which may be difficult for thise with mobility issues. Please consider this when booking.
