Family Getaway

Spent 3 nights at this property with son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren and had a great time ringing in the New Year! We loved the large table for playing games & the overall spaciousness of the loft. The location was convenient for us to walk to local establishments for food & drinks. Dave was very responsive to all questions & requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Unique and fun

Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!

Great stay.

Place was very unique, clean, and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Easy to book, check in, and check out. Only downside as listed and other reviews is that it is above a bar. During our Monday though Thursday night stay could hear the music thumping until about 11:30 PM. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for a small group!

The owner's communication was clear and extremely thorough. I sincerely appreciated all the detail included. The loft was gorgeously designed and decorated, and a pleasure to stay in. The beds and bedding were wonderful and gave us all a restful night's sleep. The next time I come to Wichita, I'll be checking for availability here first!

Historical Urban Getaway

This property was such a fun space! The urban industrial design aesthetic blended so well with original brick walls and other historical touches.The master bedroom and bathroom created a relaxing oasis that made you feel like you were the star role on a movie set. Loved the exposed beams, brick walls, and natural light from the bathroom. The voucher to Emerson Briggs was such a nice treat to get dinner after your arrival, they were very kind and had great food! Things do get noisy since you’re on a busy street and above a restaurant, but it was definitely manageable. There were some security concerns with the door being right there in the street, but the security of this loft is very good. You might have some people walking around town asking for money, etc. but no one was overly dangerous/aggressive. The location is another great feature, no matter what you’re up to in Wichita. There are plenty of parking options, even right in front of the loft.We would love to stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone we know who will be visiting. Great Stay

We were very happy with our stay. We felt we were in a safe place with lots of fun stuff around us. The bar underneath was fun and had yummy food. The loft was SO cool and we loved how it was set up. We loved our voucher and the information book. It was a fabulous stay, we loved it!

Neat place

Great place for hanging out with some work friends while in Wichita. The hanging bed was interesting, loved the old brick and exposed rafters. Will definitely be back.

Home was above what we expected. Great location and close to many restaurants and night clubs. this location is great for a business trip or when traveling with adults only. Be mindful that Music is loud at night and if traveling with little kids or infants it would be hard for them to fall asleep.

Wow! Such a neat space!

My friends and I were in town for a concert at Intrust Bank Area. This condo is close (walking distance) to all the fantastic restaurants and bars that Old Town offers, as well as the arena. The decor and vibe of this apartment is unlike anywhere I have stayed!! Such a fun atmosphere…Awesome place…would stay again and again!! Perfect for a couples, friends, or bachelor/bachelorette party!

If you love history you will love this place!

This was a beautiful historical loft in Old Town. Lots restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. Love the old industrial themed furnishings. Amazing master suite. Loved the swinging bed. This loft had every thing you would need. Owner was extremely nice and communicated well. This is the perfect place to stay in Wichita. Love Love Love The Gashaw’s from Tennessee

Most Awesome Place Ever!

Pictures do not do this place justice!!! Everything from furniture to decor was spectacularly awesome! We could not stop taking pictures at such a beautiful place. We were expecting Ashton Kutcher or Eric Church to walk out of a room at any time as this place is movie/video quality! Instructions were detailed and spot on. The location is extremely convenient within walking distance to everything you want to see. We loved it!

Great Loft

Beautiful loft. Beds were very comfortable. Great living space! Fun location. Only drawback was the live band that played on Friday night in the bar downstairs! It was ok on Thursday and Saturday night. Ear plugs worked for muting the loud motorcycles that drove by.

Training

We utilized this property for 1 night while we were in town for a training. The property owner was very kind and easy to get ahokd of for any questions we had. The loft had plenty of room to sleep everyone. Nice tv to watch the games on. The air conditioning definitely worked well. The only complaint was the smell of tacos from the restaurant. We had a great time. It was a great location and easy walking distance to the Pump House.
