- Beautiful historic 1920s era home close by the desirable College Hill area. Walking distance 15-20 minutes to Wesley Medical Center and Revolutsia container plaza, close proximity to Ascension via Christie, VA hospital, WSU, and closely surrounding by numerous local eateries and local boutiques. The house is 8 to 10 minutes away from downtown area and hosted many girls get together, bridal showers, and family visits. The tree lined streets either directions from the house are perfect for long walks to unwind after a long day. Easy access to highway 400 and I-135. Base pricing is for 5 people and can accommodate up to 9 total.
