Historically Vintage Near College Hill

  • Beautiful historic 1920s era home close by the desirable College Hill area. Walking distance 15-20 minutes to Wesley Medical Center and Revolutsia container plaza, close proximity to Ascension via Christie, VA hospital, WSU, and closely surrounding by numerous local eateries and local boutiques. The house is 8 to 10 minutes away from downtown area and hosted many girls get together, bridal showers, and family visits. The tree lined streets either directions from the house are perfect for long walks to unwind after a long day. Easy access to highway 400 and I-135. Base pricing is for 5 people and can accommodate up to 9 total.

Nice cottage in Wichita

Perfect little house for our family of four. We stayed here for March Madness and the house is centrally located and a short drive to most attractions in Wichita. Clean and cozy!!

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in instructions were clear and sent well ahead of time. Great location near College Hill. I would stay here again on another trip to Wichita.

Great hosts!

Winnie was a great host and clearly communicated the house rules as well as access, amenities, etc. Our visit to Wichita was a one-time thing, but if we're ever back in the area, we will definitely seek out one of Winnie and Jerry's properties!

A Delightful Stay!

Our family of four enjoyed this home, plenty of space for everyone. As others have mentioned, the home felt larger than what we expected from the photos. Bathroom was very roomy. Location was central to a variety of things to do/see/eat in Wichita. We especially enjoyed being able to walk through Belmont Place/Cottage Hill.

Super duper cute and practical

Three friends stayed at this well-managed property and were impressed from the git-go. It was clean and cute and smart and conveniently located and smelled good. I'm thinking about renting it myself just for the big bathtub. The owners are communicative and friendly. But we never had to ask for anything; it was so simple. Great value, comfortable living, friendly managers. Excellent experience.

Great family gathering place.

This is an older home with wonderful character. We had 3 adults and one 5 year old. We stay in Wichita at least 3 times a year to visit our son and only grandchild. This was our first time in this home and first time in this neighborhood. Very comfortable and safe. We will stay here again.

Excellent stay

The hosts were great and accommodating, the house was extremely clean, much bigger than it looks, and no detail was left unnoticed. It was decorated so nicely, and everything was very comfortable. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. We usually stay in a hotel and we’d love to stay here again instead bc it’s centrally located and easy to get in and out and more comfortable for a family. Thank you!
