Welcome to this 6 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Home w/ a 2 Car Garage & Amenities. This house is conveniently located in Echo Hills near New Market Square, Sedgwick County Park, and the Sedgwick County Zoo! Amenities at the property include a beautiful, spacious updated home with a fitness room, game room, washer/dryer and a kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials! Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, all guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Please contact the host for additional information and terms and conditions.

You will be close to local restaurants and shopping at New Market Square! You will also be a close drive away from the Airport, Sedgwick County Park, and the world famous Sedgwick County Zoo!

Park your vehicle in 2 car garage attached to the property. Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room!

The dining room includes a comfortable, modern dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and baking trays for your use and enjoyment!

All smart TV's allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite show, sports game, or movie! Cable service is not provided.

The basement features a fitness room with free weights, kettle bells, bands, yoga mats and a bench AND a game room for the kids!
